Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and ranch dressing. Stir until combined.
- Bring to a simmer and add broken lasagna noodles. Cook until noodles are tender.
- Stir in shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and cheddar cheese.
- Season with dried parsley and black pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
