A hearty casserole dish combining chicken, cheese, and biscuits in one delicious bake.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tube (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, milk, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and arrange over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
