Description

A comforting dish combining tender chicken, creamy Velveeta, and bowtie pasta, topped with a rich mozzarella garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add milk and Velveeta cheese to the saucepan. Stir until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
  4. Add shredded chicken and cooked pasta to the sauce. Mix well to combine.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Cover the saucepan and let it sit for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
