Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Drop chocolate chips into the center of the batter.
- Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds until the top is set but the center remains gooey.
- Let it cool slightly before eating.
