Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g shelled pistachios
- 30g butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
- Stir in honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Fold in the pistachios until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
