Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp sugar

- 1/2 cup grated zucchini
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, sugar, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in grated zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form.
- Flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with syrup or toppings of your choice.
