Ingredients
- 1 Italian sub roll or baguette

- 2 oz sliced pepperoni

- 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped banana peppers
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Italian dressing
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the Italian roll lengthwise, leaving one side attached.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side and Italian dressing on the other.
- Layer the salami, ham, pepperoni, and provolone cheese on the roll.
