Description

A delicious and easy-to-make cinnamon roll monkey bread, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces.
  3. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Toss cinnamon roll pieces in the sugar mixture.
  5. Arrange pieces evenly in the bundt pan.
  6. Mix melted butter and brown sugar, then pour over the rolls.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
  9. Drizzle with icing from the cinnamon roll cans.
