Description
A delicious and easy-to-make cinnamon roll monkey bread, perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Toss cinnamon roll pieces in the sugar mixture.
- Arrange pieces evenly in the bundt pan.
- Mix melted butter and brown sugar, then pour over the rolls.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
- Drizzle with icing from the cinnamon roll cans.
Notes
- Use a non-stick bundt pan for easy removal.
- Serve warm for best results.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
