Description

Cinnamon Sugar Monkey Bread is a sweet, pull-apart bread coated in cinnamon sugar and baked to perfection. It’s perfect for breakfast or as a dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Toss biscuit pieces in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  5. Arrange coated pieces in the Bundt pan.
  6. Mix melted butter and brown sugar, then pour over the biscuit pieces.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
  9. Serve warm.
