Description
Cinnamon Sugar Monkey Bread is a sweet, pull-apart bread coated in cinnamon sugar and baked to perfection. It’s perfect for breakfast or as a dessert.
Ingredients
- 3 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a Bundt pan.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Toss biscuit pieces in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Arrange coated pieces in the Bundt pan.
- Mix melted butter and brown sugar, then pour over the biscuit pieces.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use non-stick spray for easy removal.
- Let the bread cool slightly before serving to avoid burns.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
