Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cooked bacon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  3. Beat egg whites with baking powder until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix cream cheese with egg yolks until smooth.
  5. Gently fold yolk mixture into egg whites.
  6. Spoon batter onto baking sheet, forming pizza crust shape.
