Description

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 2 slices of turkey or ham
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat the egg whites with baking powder until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, cream cheese, salt, and honey (if using) until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites, being careful not to deflate them.
  5. Scoop the mixture onto the baking sheet, forming rounds about 3-4 inches in diameter.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and firm.
  7. Let cool slightly, then assemble your sandwich with turkey or ham and cheese between two cloud bread rounds.
