Description
A refreshing and easy-to-make cold brew coffee jelly perfect for hot days.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cold brew coffee
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup cold water
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat cold brew coffee and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
- Add gelatin mixture to the warm coffee and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled.

- Use strong cold brew for a richer flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- For a dairy-free version, skip milk toppings.
