Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk condensed milk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Add flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature eggs for better mixing.
- Do not overmix the batter to keep the cake soft.
- Dust with powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
