Description
A simple and delicious no-bake dessert combining cornflakes, marshmallows, and chocolate for a quick treat.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cornflakes
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Remove from heat and fold in marshmallows and cornflakes.
- Press mixture into the prepared dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra crunch, lightly toast the cornflakes.
- Substitute dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
