Ingredients

- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, almond flour, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- For a sweeter taste, add more maple syrup.
