Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Fold whipped cream into the cottage cheese mixture.
- Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled.
