Description

A simple and delicious recipe for crab stuffed mushrooms, perfect as an appetizer or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 12 large white mushrooms
  • 1 cup crab meat, cooked and shredded
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
  5. Place mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
