A simple and delicious recipe for crab stuffed mushrooms, perfect as an appetizer or side dish.
Ingredients
- 12 large white mushrooms
- 1 cup crab meat, cooked and shredded
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and black pepper.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
- Place mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use fresh crab meat for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
