Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 4 oz pancetta, diced
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced

  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp honey


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cook pancetta until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and place on baking sheet.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over pastry.
