Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 4 oz pancetta, diced
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cook pancetta until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Roll out puff pastry and place on baking sheet.
- Spread cranberry sauce evenly over pastry.
- Arrange brie slices on top.
- Sprinkle pancetta and thyme over brie.
- Fold edges of pastry inward.
- Brush edges with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Drizzle with honey before serving.
