Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
  4. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
  6. Spread cream cheese filling evenly over each pancake.
  7. Roll up tightly and serve with strawberry jam if desired.
