Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Add the lime juice, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Mash and mix until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
