Description

A rich and flavorful dish featuring tender beef, creamy sauce, and perfectly cooked rotini pasta with bold Cajun spices.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Cook rotini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add beef slices and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic until soft.
  5. Return beef to the skillet. Stir in Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Add cooked rotini and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less heat.
  • Substitute half-and-half for a lighter version.
