A rich and flavorful dish featuring tender beef, creamy sauce, and perfectly cooked rotini pasta with bold Cajun spices.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook rotini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic until soft.
- Return beef to the skillet. Stir in Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked rotini and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less heat.
- Substitute half-and-half for a lighter version.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
