Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the beef and stir to combine.
  4. Pour heavy cream into the skillet and stir. Add Parmesan, cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is creamy.
