Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the beef and stir to combine.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet and stir. Add Parmesan, cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
