A rich and flavorful pasta dish featuring tender chicken in a creamy Cajun-spiced garlic cheese sauce.
Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Add red pepper flakes if using.
- Return chicken to the pan and toss to coat in sauce.
- Combine with cooked linguine and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
- For extra richness, add a splash of chicken broth.
- Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream for a lighter version.
