Description

A rich and flavorful pasta dish featuring tender chicken in a creamy Cajun-spiced garlic cheese sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from pan.
  4. In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheeses until melted and smooth.
  7. Add red pepper flakes if using.
  8. Return chicken to the pan and toss to coat in sauce.
  9. Combine with cooked linguine and mix well.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
