Description

A rich and flavorful pasta dish combining creamy Cajun chicken with Parmesan, garlic, and mozzarella for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth.
  7. Slice the cooked chicken and add it to the skillet along with the cooked pasta. Toss to coat evenly.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
