Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions.
- Brown ground beef and sausage in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Reduce heat and add butter, heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until sauce thickens.
