Description

A delicious and easy-to-make shrimp bowl with creamy garlic butter sauce served over herb-infused rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and mix in thyme.
  2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
