Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add butter, minced garlic, and diced onion. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add pasta, salt, black pepper, and thyme. Stir well.
- Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until fully combined.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
