Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
  2. Add butter, minced garlic, and diced onion. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add pasta, salt, black pepper, and thyme. Stir well.
  5. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until fully combined.
