Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked beef and fettuccine to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- Use freshly grated parmesan for the best flavor.
- Adjust the amount of garlic to suit your taste.
- For a thicker sauce, simmer the cream longer before adding the cheese.
