Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti and toss to coat.
