Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season steak slices with salt and pepper, then cook until browned (about 2-3 minutes per side). Remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  5. Return the steak to the pan and mix with the sauce. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
