A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring velveeta cheese and bowtie pasta, paired with hearty Italian beef marinara.
Ingredients
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb Italian beef, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a large pot, combine cooked beef, marinara sauce, Velveeta cheese, and milk.
- Heat over medium-low, stirring until cheese is fully melted.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix in cooked bowtie pasta until well coated.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Use freshly grated parmesan for garnish if desired.
