Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 cup velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, velveeta cheese, and mozzarella cheese to the skillet. Stir until cheeses melt and the sauce is smooth.
- Add shredded chicken to the sauce and mix well.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
