Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring tender chicken, rigatoni, velveeta cheese, and mozzarella garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 8 oz velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in velveeta cheese until melted.
  5. Add cooked rigatoni and stir to coat evenly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and cover until melted.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  8. Serve hot.
