Description
A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring velveeta cheese and Italian beef marinara.
Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine
- 1 lb Italian beef, cooked
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 8 oz velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package directions.
- Heat marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add cooked Italian beef and stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and add velveeta cubes, stirring until melted.
- Pour in heavy cream and mix until smooth.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss cooked linguine in the sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for extra flavor.
- Adjust creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
