Description

A creamy and hearty spaghetti dish made with Velveeta cheese and Italian beef marinara sauce. Perfect for a comforting family meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground Italian beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground Italian beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low and add Velveeta cheese and heavy cream. Stir until cheese melts.
  6. Add cooked spaghetti and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve hot.
