Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Wash and dry potatoes.
- Slice potatoes thinly without cutting all the way through.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until crispy and golden.
