Description

A quick and easy way to make crispy baked potatoes using an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, chives, shredded cheese, bacon bits


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Scrub potatoes clean and pat dry.
  3. Poke holes in potatoes with a fork.
  4. Rub potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Place potatoes in air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Check doneness with a fork – should pierce easily.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
