Description
A quick and easy way to make crispy baked potatoes using an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 medium russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional toppings: sour cream, chives, shredded cheese, bacon bits
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Scrub potatoes clean and pat dry.
- Poke holes in potatoes with a fork.
- Rub potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place potatoes in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check doneness with a fork – should pierce easily.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
- Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
Notes
- For crispier skin, increase cooking time by 5 minutes.
- Smaller potatoes cook faster – adjust time accordingly.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- For extra flavor, try garlic powder or paprika.
