Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Shape the mixture into small cylinders or balls.
- Dip each croquette in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry croquettes until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
