  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Boil Brussels sprouts in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.
  3. Spread sprouts on a baking sheet and smash gently with a glass or spatula.
  4. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
