Description
An easy and delicious cinnamon roll dump cake made in a crockpot. Perfect for lazy days when you want a sweet treat with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Line your crockpot with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Open the can of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
- Spread the cinnamon roll pieces evenly in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix the cake mix, melted butter, pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the cake mix mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until the top is golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
