Description
Tender beef bites and potatoes slow-cooked in rich garlic butter sauce for a flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef cubes
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Season beef cubes with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Melt butter in a pan and brown beef on all sides.
- Transfer beef to crockpot.
- Sauté garlic in the same pan for 30 seconds, then add to crockpot.
- Add diced potatoes and beef broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve hot.
