Description
A refreshing cucumber salad made with whole cucumbers, perfect for a light and healthy side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 whole cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumbers and red onion thinly.
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers and onion.
- Add the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss gently to coat all ingredients.
- Sprinkle fresh dill on top before serving.
