Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 cup smoked salmon, flaked
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish


Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds to create boats.
