Ingredients
- 1 cup dates (pitted)
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup nuts (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend dates in a food processor until sticky.
- Add tahini, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Fold in nuts if using.
- Press mixture into a lined pan.
- Chill for 1 hour, then cut into bars.
