Description

Ingredients

  • 10 dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil


Instructions

  1. Slice the dates in half and remove the pits.
  2. Spread peanut butter inside each date half.
  3. Sprinkle roasted peanuts over the peanut butter.
  4. Press the date halves together to form bars.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil.
  6. Dip each date bar into the melted chocolate.
  7. Place on parchment paper and refrigerate until firm.
