A delicious and easy-to-make date Snickers bar, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 10 dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Slice the dates in half and remove the pits.
- Spread peanut butter inside each date half.
- Sprinkle roasted peanuts over the peanut butter.
- Press the date halves together to form bars.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil.
- Dip each date bar into the melted chocolate.
- Place on parchment paper and refrigerate until firm.
Notes
- Use Medjool dates for best texture.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Substitute almond butter for peanut butter if desired.
