A tangy and crunchy snack mix featuring Chex cereal and dill pickle seasoning.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 2 cups pretzel twists
- 1 cup mini pepperoni
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp dill pickle seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, pretzels, and mini pepperoni.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, dill pickle seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour seasoning mixture over cereal mix and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
- Adjust seasoning for more or less tanginess.
- Substitute mini pepperoni with nuts for a vegetarian option.
