Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza dough (or homemade)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups dill pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup pickle juice (optional for extra tang)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing crust)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to your preferred thickness.
- Mix sour cream, cream cheese, dill, and garlic powder to make the sauce.
- Spread the sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
- Arrange dill pickle slices over the cheese.
- Drizzle pickle juice lightly if desired.
- Brush the edges of the crust with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing.

- Use thick-cut pickles for better texture.
- Add crispy bacon or shredded chicken for extra protein.
- For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños.
