Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough (or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice (optional for extra tang)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing crust)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to your preferred thickness.
  3. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, dill, and garlic powder to make the sauce.
  4. Spread the sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
