Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add shredded chicken and mixed vegetables to the sauce mixture.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the stuffing is golden and the casserole is bubbly.
