Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Add shredded chicken and mixed vegetables to the sauce mixture.
- Spread the chicken mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle dry stuffing mix evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the stuffing is golden and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Substitute cream of mushroom soup if preferred.
