Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix oats, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Add maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour into a greased ramekin or small baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
