Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 150g unsalted butter
- 150g granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 30g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the sugar until dissolved.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold gently to combine.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.
